Malvika Hasija is the clinic Assistant Manager at Elite Physio with over 8 years of experience in healthcare operations and patient coordination. She specialises in managing MVA, WSIB, and extended health care cases, ensuring each patient receives a smooth, organized, and supportive experience throughout their treatment journey.

In her role, Malvika oversees daily clinic operations, supports staff development, and maintains high standards of patient care and efficiency. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail help create a seamless and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.

She holds a diploma in Office Administration -Executive from Sherdan College and a bachelor’s degree in Airline Tourism and Hospitality Management. Malvika is certified in CPR, First Aid, QuickBooks, and HIPAA compliance, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and patient privacy.

Outside of work, Malvika enjoys attending live music concerts and watching movies. She is also trained classical dancer, having performed from a young age and achieving recognition as a runner up in a dance reality competition during her school years.
